Sessions are offered online.

Frequency:

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, with the option to move to fortnightly as things feel steadier.

Fees:

  • 55 minutes: £75 6 sessions: £420

    Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. The discovery call is simply a relaxed conversation where we can explore what’s bringing you here and whether working together feels like a good fit.
